Polymer remover

POLYMER REMOVER
HEAVY DUTY MOULD CLEANER

POLYMER REMOVER
is an extremely effective and powerful solvent blend, which has been developed for use on heavily soiled moulds and dies to remove a variety of moulding deposits.
APPLICATIONS
Will assist in the removal of plastics, rubbers and resin deposits, including:
  • ABS * Acetals
  • Acrylates
  • PVC
  • Epoxy Resins (uncured)
  • Nylons
  • Polyamides
  • Polystyrenes
  • Polyurethanes
  • Rubbers
  • Silicone Resins
Also effective on other materials such as cellulose resins and alkyd resins.
The product offers a controlled rate of evaporation for maximum efficiency. After cleaning, any residual solvent will evaporate to leave the surface clean and dry.
Apply directly onto the soiling and wipe away. For extremely heavy contamination or stubborn deposits, allow the solvent to penetrate thoroughly before wiping the surface clean.

BLUE MOULD PROTECTIVE

BLUE MOULD PROTECTIVE
HIGHLY VISIBLE ANTI-CORROSION PROTECTIVE FILM

BLUE MOULD PROTECTIVE
has been specially formulated for application to mould tool surfaces after use to remove any surface moisture and to protect the mould against corrosion during storage. NSF H2 registered for use in food industry.

APPLICATIONS
A blue, non-silicone, protective coating for use on moulds and other metallic parts and components. The highly visible blue dye indicates total tool surface coverage. The dry, waxy film will not harden or crack and is easily 'moulded-off' when recommencing production. Alternatively, the film can be easily removed using an Ambersil solvent cleaner. Apply an even coating to all surfaces to be protected from 9" - 12" (25 - 30cm). Ensure that the surfaces have cooled to below 35o C to ensure optimum film formation.

ADVANTAGES

  • Blue Colour - Visible film with excellent coverage
  • ‘Dry’ Film - Will not creep into mould tool
  • Allows Handling - Resists acid finger marking
  • Prevents Corrosion - Protects expensive tools & surfaces
  • Easily Moulded Off - Ensures quick start up
